KUTX, the City of Austin Music and Entertainment Division and the Austin Music Foundation invite you to celebrate Love Austin Music Month, essentially a month-long friendly reminder to support out local music artists all year round! And this year, that includes the AMM spotlighting must-see online performances to enjoy safely at home.
Speaking of that Austin love, there are many reasons to be smitten with The Octopus Project. Their electronic wizardry, and a stage presence that often feels otherworldly, have brought them worldwide recognition. It’s jaw-dropping to see the band’s deftly curated shows seamlessly shape their music recordings into such tangible live experiences. Combining elements of all things pop, rock, electronic and psych, they raise the bar to extraordinary levels, made all the more electrifying with brilliant kaleidoscopic visuals.
