Sad Cell – bit of a twisted abbreviation for “sad celebration” – released their new four-song EP earlier this month, happiness unltd. The EP release party is tonight at 29th Street Ballroom. Doors at 7 p.m., with a badass line-up featuring the relentless post-punk shreds of STAB (loving the ruthless Quarter Life Crisis), shoegaze alt.-rockers ladyluck, and the slowcore drone of illkilter.
