The Austin Music Minute is supported by Howler Brothers, an Austin-based designer of creative outdoor apparel since 2011, and by Planet K, Austin’s local hemp emporium since 1990.
At age 19, Solya is already a prolific songwriter, drawing from a well of wistful melancholia. The West Texas artist began releasing music independently in 2023, and in the following years performed at sold-out shows across the country and the U.K. With her debut LP Queen of Texas just on the verge of a March release, Solya gets back on the road for a headlining tour throughout the U.S. and Canada.
But why wait? Solya’s current tour includes a stop in Austin tonight at 29th Street Ballroom, with sweet psych-pop troubadours Tele Novella opening the show. Delight of delights. Doors at 7 p.m.
