Tate Mayeux, the gravelly-twanged drawl that’s half of the dynamic country-western hoodlum duo Mayeux & Broussard, has a perpetual song in his heart fueled by his Monroe, LA roots and a Texas Hill Country upbringing. Performing comes quite naturally for ol’ slim, and it’s always friendly, inviting and downright fun, which makes him the ideal fit for the Hard Luck Lounge‘s Tuesday night hang.
Tuesdays with Tater features Mayeux sharing the outdoor beer garden’s stage with a myriad of songwriters for a song-swap soiree. Tonight’s hangout includes songwriter/bass master David Beck, and all-around badass Corey Baum (Croy and The Boys).
