After a pandemic-induced hiatus, Altercation Comedy Fest is back at Kick Butt Coffee, October 19-22. Conceived by comedian, music fan, and Austin resident JT Habersaat, the fest is a wonderfully freewheeling circus. This year’s headliners include James Adomian, Eddie Pepitone, and Jackie Kashian, all gracing the intimate Kick Butt stage. Plus, there’s music and stories from Austin punk icons Riverboat Gamblers, Mishka Shubaly, an album release show by Heels, and more.
