What does one get when they roll hard rock, blues and psychedelia into one package? All Them Witches would be the band that hits all three of those genres right on the head and then some. The Nashville band stopped by Studio 1A Friday as they continue their tour for their album, Dying Surfer Meets His Maker. Their music hits like a semi-truck with a heavy rock sound that coincides with gritty blues, beautiful booming breakdowns, raucous drumming, and fuzzed out, psychedelic guitar solos. The band is made up of lead singer/bassist/guitarist Michael Parks Jr., Robby Staebler on drums, Allan Van Cleave on violin and keyboard and Ben McLeod on lead guitar. All together, the members form a thunderous rocking brew that elicits head banging from anyone within earshot. You can stream their music here on KUTX.
