Bob Schneider has become a household name in the Austin music scene. It seems by now that people can rely this Austin musician and artist for a truly wonderful song, whether it be a little funky, a little country or a little rock n’ roll. Well once again, this songwriter has been partnering with the Tosca String Quartet (who has worked with artists such as David Byrne, Arcade Fire, Spoon) to create some beautiful arrangements. It’s a charming combination of Austin’s very own witty, baritone raconteur, with 4-peice orchestration, that’s puts a little bit of magic into the air.
Bob Schneider will be performing with Moonlight Orchestra, featuring The Tosca String Quartet at the Long Center this Friday, July 15th. This will be an evening not to be missed.
