Knoxville native and Nashville transplant Briston Maroney sings with such contemplation, confidence, and ease that it’s almost surprising to find he’s only 21 years old. He has an impressive repertoire to boast as well, with a full length debut released in 2017, and an EP in November of last year. Maroney is set to release his second EP, Indiana, on Canvasback Music on May 17th. The album explores themes of Maroney’s upbringing, drawing inspiration from friends, family, and roots in Tennessee.
