In addition to being a founding father of the American punk scene with his band X, John Doe is an immensely talented actor with a long list of small but powerful parts to his name. That’s why we were excited to welcome John Doe to Studio 1A ahead of some hand-picked film screenings at the Austin Film Society this weekend. In addition to talking about his career as an actor, John Doe celebrates the release of his new book, More Fun In The New World: The Unmaking and Legacy of LA Punk, with a book signing and Q&A.
