Originally from Turtle Mountains of North Dakota, Leo Rondeau has moved himself and his music to Austin, TX. His authentic take on country music earned him a Songwriter of the Year nomination from the Academy of Texas Music for his record “Down at the End of the Bar.” His latest work, “Take it and Break It” was released March 2013. Rondeau continues to spend time in Austin and in his native Turtle Mountains of North Dakota. There are a number of chances to find Leo Rondeau play his original songs. He has a Halloween show at The White Horse. This Friday The White Horse is hosting the 3rd annual “HAAM-O-Ween” which features Roger Wallace, Anthony Wray Wright, and Gumbo Ce Soir.
