Most of us here at KUTX know Lindsey Verrill as one of the best string players in Austin. She’s played with the likes of Patti Griffin and toured the world as an ambassador of Austin music. Now she is turning her attention to a new project born out of jam sessions with some of her best friends. Little Mazarn finds Lindsey diving into the free form folk music she has been developing over the past several years. Buoyed by her equally talented friends Thor Harris, Ralph White, Jeff Johnston, Will Johnson, and Kendra Kinsey, Little Mazarn celebrates her debut album with a show at the Cactus Cafe.
