Ray Benson, the reigning king of Texas Swing, brought his guitar to Studio 1A to share a couple of songs and tell us about “Austin High,” a new live show featuring a rotating cast of friends pulled from a lifetime in show business. In between songs Ray brings up friends to share their latest project, song, or just to tell a tall tale. The first “Austin High” happened this past week at the Cactus Cafe.
