Austin Classical Guitar has rescored the Master of Suspense as the next installment of their international series!
Superstar cellist Bion Tsang has joined the Texas Guitar Quartet to perform the world premiere of an original silent film score by ACG Composer in Residence Joseph V. Williams II. Williams’ score is intended to accompany cinematic giant Alfred Hitchcock’s 1929 silent masterpiece, The Lodger, as it plays onscreen at the Alamo Drafthouse. The narrative of film itself involves the hunt for a “Jack the Ripper” type serial killer in London, so we’re expecting a chilling score to match it. We have learned that magic happens when Austin Classical Guitar meets Alamo Drafthouse, so get your tickets now!
