The Dandy Warhols 10.14.16

The Dandy Warhols, on tour for the release of their ninth studio album Distortland, dropped by Studio 1A to chat about the record, their changing (and not changing) sound, the rising population of their hometown Portland, the challenges they faced when trying to break through the British techno-pop scene in the 90s, and the movie Dig!. The groups wry songs about modern life still resonate on songs like “You Are Killing Me” and “STYGGO”. Listen to our conversation as well performances by the group below.
