Fun, energetic, indie pop may not be the first thing you think of when it comes to Houston, TX, but in recent years it has been the homebase for a slew of great indie bands including Buxton and The Tontons. The Wild Moccasins bring the same fun as those bands but with a bit more electric flavor and frontwoman Zahira Gutierrez makes sure the band is always looking it’s wildest with here own brand of fashion. Despite being the morning after a late night show here in Austin The Wild Moccasins delivered a great performance in our Studio 1A. Check it out here or tune in at 9pm tonight when Laurie Gallardo gives the tracks a spin.
