In order to manifest fall vibes, the Best Thing I heard This week was the gentle, folk-inflected autumnal track “29 settembre” by legendary Italian singer Lucio Battisti. If you’re not from Italy, you could be forgiven for not knowing Battisti, but he was one of the most popular Italian singers of the 60s and 70s. Emozioni is one of the finest bits of 60s pop in ANY LANGUAGE.
