AMM SXSW: Tuesday Showcases

As you may have heard, today’s Austin Music Minute is a big one, with six – count ’em, SIX – selections for your SXSW adventures tonight. Ready to rumble? Get crackin’, if you’re not already out and about:

-The ATX Music Office has its official SXSW showcase at Maggie Mae’s Gibson Room, 512 Trinity, starting at 8 p.m. Featuring Money Chicha, Tameca Jones, Gina Chavez, today’s featured AMM artist Emily Wolfe, and many more.

Modern Outsider has an official showcase at 8 p.m. at Cheer Up Charlie’s, 901 Red River. Killer sets by Quiet Company, Mirror Travel, Jess Williamson, Moving Panoramas, Hard Proof, and the man with the fabulous hair, Walker Lukens.

Juiceland teams ups with Exploded Drawing for an official showcase at Empire Control Room, 606 E. 7th St. Dig the line-up with Daedelus, The Octopus Project, Grammy-award winner Anna Wise, Eliot Lipp, Iman Omari and CAPYAC. Dang.

Hotel Vegas presents Spring Break Boogie! Heaven or Hot Burrito, 1502 E. 6th St. Featuring The Halfways, Trouble Boys, The Bad Lovers, BLXPLTN, Christian Bland & The Revelators, and more. Massive.

Bubble Recording continues its SXSW kickoff party at Guero’s, 1412 S. Congress Ave. With Har Mar Superstar, Ruby and The Reckless, The Bluebonnets and more.
