You may have had the pleasure of seeing local folk-rock outfit Tinnarose during their Wednesday-night residency at the Hole In the Wall. And, if your Austin Music Minute host may be so bold, they gave an excellent live performance in KUTX’s Studio 1A. But another wonderful opportunity to hear them live has come up, tonight at The ABGB, 1305 W. Oltorf.
Tinnarose began as the backing band for songwriter Seth Sherman‘s performances of his solo work, primarily from the album When The Moment Is True. But it didn’t seem fair to disband after those shows, especially with such impressive collaborations. The band went into the studio to record last year, and their debut full-length is due for release on August 26th.
Head out to The ABGB to see Tinnarose tonight. The music starts right at 9 p.m. So recommended.
