Lang Freeman played us some tunes Monday February 3. The talented singer and guitarist is frontman for Austin band, Sounds Under Radio, a alternative rock group that has been garnering a following since circa 2007. With two albums under their belt, Cinematica (2008) and My Communitst Heart (2010), and songs featured in major motion picture, Spider-Man 3 and the CW’s telivision series, Vampire Diaries, the band is still not signed to a record label. Freeman will be doing stripped down solo performances every week at the Cactus Cafe as their artist in residence presented by Lone Star Beer.
