Austin musician Seth Sherman is a details guy to say the least. On his latest album, Sherman meticulously played every instrument and recorded every vocal part on each track. The result is a very personal folk-pop album, with Sherman’s voice and emotion showing through at all times. Titled When the Moment is True, the record came out in late 2011 to great reviews across the board. His live shows show the same thought and care put into each moment, despite the fact that it’s not Sherman himself making every note, beat, and noise.
