More often than not, the world we live in is a fast-paced, loud, and scary place. It’s tempting to drown it all out with boisterous tunes at full blast, but obviously, there’s plenty of peace to be had on the quieter side of things. And that’s where Austin’s Little Mazarn really shines. With their latest record Mustang Island still fresh off the press and the LP’s release show at the 04 Center alongside Will Johnson happening Friday, August 15th Little Mazarn’s Lindsey Verrill and Jeff Johnston stopped by KUTX to spin some of their best friends that have inspired Mustang Island – and all material that’s come out in the past year at that.
