Austin’s JT Habersaat is a comedian and a big music fan, and a few years ago he launched Altercation Comedy Fest as a way to bring these communities together. Now in its fourth year, Altercation takes place September 25-28 within the cozy confines of Kick Butt Café, and this year’s lineup features Eddie Pepitone, Billy Wayne Davis, Jenny Zigrino, Joe Sib, and more. Musicians get in on the fun too with Road Stories, an event featuring members of the Riverboat Gamblers, the Sword, and All telling (you guessed it) funny/weird/horrifying stories from their tour experiences.
