Red River Cultural District’s annual admission-free music festival will officially return January 5-6, 2024. From Cheer Up’s to Stubb’s to Empire to Barbarella, more than a dozen downtown music venues host 60+ performances from your favorite local music acts, and as always, every concert is free to attend.
